The Role Reporting to the Site Training Lead, you will co-ordinate, track and deliver all job specific and key skills training required for an assigned area or shift. Duties will include an introduction to the department when a colleague joins or transfers into to a new role, ensuring completion of and competency against job specific SOPs, refresher training and updates and ad hoc training as required.

Skills & Experience Previous experience in a training, coaching, or supervisory role within a food manufacturing environment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Good organisational and record-keeping abilities. Knowledge of food safety and health & safety requirements. Ability to motivate and develop others. Competent in Microsoft Office and training administration.
