Ballymena Full-Time ¦ Continental Shifts We're looking for a skilled and motivated Electrical Engineer to join our engineering team and play a key role in keeping our production facility running efficiently. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced electrical engineer who thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and enjoys troubleshooting, problem-solving, and driving continuous improvement. What You'll Be Doing Maintain and repair production machinery and site equipment.

Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns, ensuring minimal disruption to production. Carry out planned preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and improve reliability. Diagnose and rectify electrical faults efficiently. Support maintenance activities across different areas of the site as required. Ensure all work is completed safely and in line with company procedures and standards. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational performance.

What We're Looking For ? Time-served / skilled electrician with industrial experience ? NVQ, City & Guilds or equivalent electrical qualification ? 18th/19th Edition Wiring Regulations certification ? Strong knowledge of 3-phase electrical installations and safety control systems ?

Experience with PLC diagnostics and fault finding ? Excellent communication and problem-solving skills ? Strong planning and organisational abilities ? Self-motivated with a proactive and enthusiastic approach ? Previous experience within an FMCG manufacturing environment, ideally food production Why Join Us?
