Marketing Campaign Manager - Life Sciences

Remote position with occasional travel to Oxford, UK

We are working with an Oxford-based life sciences start-up that is pioneering the development of analytical instruments for scientists. Their unique products provide vital insights for scientific discovery, R&D, and therapeutics production. More than 350 instruments have been installed in labs worldwide. Spun out of Oxford University in 2018, the company has quickly scaled to become an international player with offices in the US, Asia, and its headquarters in Oxford, UK.

The Marketing Campaign Manager is responsible for developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns tailored to target customer segments. This role manages campaign budgets and timelines, ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget. You should have a strong understanding of the life sciences industry and the ability to work cross-functionally with scientists and technical stakeholders. Experience in creating and optimizing campaigns that generate leads and meet revenue goals is essential.

• Degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years experience in marketing roles, including digital marketing and campaigns
• Industry experience in medical devices, analytical instruments, biotech, or pharma
• Proven track record in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns, including digital campaigns
• Experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
