Quality Manager

Your new company A well-established food production business in the Ballymena area is seeking a Quality Manager to join its Technical team. This is an excellent opportunity for a quality professional to take ownership of food safety, quality and compliance systems within a busy manufacturing environment. Working closely with the Technical Manager, you will play a key role in maintaining standards, supporting continuous improvement and ensuring products consistently meet customer and regulatory requirements.

Your new role As Quality Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining and developing the site's Quality Management System and ensuring compliance with BRCGS Food Safety Standards. You will work closely with customers, suppliers and production teams to uphold high standards of food safety, product quality and operational responsibilities will include managing the Quality Manual, supporting supplier approval processes, handling food safety and quality-related issues, conducting daily factory inspections and ensuring quality standards are consistently implemented across production.

You will also provide training and guidance to staff, helping to drive a strong food safety and quality culture throughout the business.
