Kitchen Prep Support Assistant

THE EMPLOYER IS: GALGORM HOTEL MANOR LTDThe Kitchen Preparation Support Assistant will work alongside the kitchen team to help prepare and support the safe and efficient delivery of food service. This is a supported entry level opportunity that provides structured guidance and practical experience in food preparation and an insight into kitchen operations.

• Assist with basic food preparation tasks under the supervision of senior kitchen staff.
• Help maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and work areas.
• Follow all health, safety, and food hygiene procedures at all times.
• Observe and support senior kitchen staff with day-to-day operational tasks.
• Mentoring and guidance from experienced kitchen staff.
• Opportunity to develop teamwork, time management, and attention to detail.
• Gain practical understanding of professional kitchen operations and food hygiene standards.
