The Boundary is seeking an experienced and motivated Head Chef to lead our kitchen team in Jersey this season.
Situated at Grainville Cricket Ground, St Saviour’s Hill, The Boundary currently operates across breakfast, lunch, and dinner, supported by a strong takeaway and delivery service and a busy private and corporate events portfolio.
Position Details- Seasonal:
April 2026 – September 2026 - Contract:
Full-time - Shifts:
Straight shifts, with two days off per week - Hours:
Flexible, enabling an excellent work/life balance
- Previous kitchen leadership experience essential
- Highly organised and confident managing a team
- Ability to work within budgets and oversee stock control
- Maintain high food hygiene and safety standards
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Positive, hands‑on team player
