Colleague Superstore

Our Tesco Colleague rate of pay starts from £13.28 an hour. Additional payments may also apply depending on location and skills.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours per week for new colleagues, with flexibility for those who would prefer a minimum of 12 hours. Availability windows are provided to schedule contracted hours. We give a 3‑week notice of shift times.
