AboutThe Role
We are looking for a Regional Sales Manager to join Immerse Education, a leading provider of educational experiences to students across the world, comprising residential summer schools and online short courses.
We are looking for a bright and ambitious individual to join our growing team with a focus on developing relationships with educational agencies based throughout the world in order to drive sales.
Students arrive at Immerse via one of three channels: educational consultants/agencies, online search or by finding out about our programmes from their school. This position, therefore, focuses on enhancing one of our key recruitment channels - agents.
Your success will be measured by the number of student enrolments received from agencies you have liaised with, and you will be required to regularly speak with agents, consultants, parents and students alike via email, phone and video-calls.
Processes, organised documentation and relationship management are at the heart of this role, and you will work with people in different roles and at all levels. You will need to have effective communication skills and excellent planning and organisation skills.
Our ideal candidate is someone with previous experience in the international education industry within their region, is highly organised and process driven, a natural communicator and enjoys forming relationships with a variety of cultures around the world - with experience working in the international education industry or in a similar B2B sales role.
Responsibilities- Establish new links with agency decision-makers to introduce opportunities at Immerse Education
- Nurture existing relationships with educational recruitment agencies and consultancies around the world
- Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities to expand our reach in key regions
- Deliver information sessions to interested agent teams and their students about Immerse’s programmes
- Attend domestic and overseas events, conferences and recruitment fairs on behalf of Immerse
- Manage a promotional activity budget
- Regularly respond to enquiries from agents and convert sales leads into enrolments
- Follow the campaigns calendar and deliver a clear and informative communications strategy to partners within region
- Refine promotional strategy to optimise conversion to align with sales targets and regional calendars
- Establish the Immerse Education brand throughout the world
- Monthly reporting on activity
- At least 2+ years of experience in a student recruitment role within region
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent presentation skills
- Basic technical knowledge of data analysis
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Experience of using CRM systems
- Advantageous:
Experience with sales & marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g. Hub Spot, Quick Mail, Salesforce), experience of using project management systems
