Daro Group is seeking a sales hunter to own the UK & Ireland territory. Focused on UV disinfection solutions, you’ll open doors, build pipelines, influence decision-makers and close deals. This is a growth-focused role with clear revenue targets and the autonomy to deliver results your way. You’ll spend most of your time with customers, converting technical opportunities into profitable contracts.
Responsibilities- Build and maintain a high-quality, target-aligned sales pipeline
- Consistently deliver and exceed revenue and margin targets
- Identify and convert new business opportunities across your territory
- Drive specifications and influence key stakeholders early in the sales cycle
- Lead negotiations and close commercially robust deals
- Grow existing accounts through cross-selling and repeat business
- Maintain accurate forecasting and CRM reporting
- Operate as the commercial face of Daro Group within your region
- Proven track record as a sales hunter in water, wastewater or disinfection markets
- 3+ years’ experience selling in the disinfection sector (chemical-free UV disinfection experience a plus)
- Strong negotiation and commercial skills
- Self-motivated, resilient, and results-driven
- Able to articulate technical solutions clearly (training provided)
