Position: Retail Sales - 35K OTE
Overview of the Company Our client is an established and growing retail store for the telecoms industry. They are now seeking a confident, friendly and customer-focused Showroom Sales Consultant to join their team on a full-time basis. This is a showroom-based sales role, where you will guide customers through their options, provide product advice and manage enquiries from initial contact through to order.

Skills & Qualifications Previous experience of working to sales targets Retail or showroom sales experience is preferred Confident and personable communication style Strong customer service skills Organised and reliable approach Well-presented and professional manner Comfortable handling enquiries across phone, email and social media Ability to work Saturdays and participate in a Sunday rota

Job Responsibilities Welcome customers and provide expert advice within the showroom Sell made-to-measure curtains, blinds and shutters Handle customer enquiries across walk-ins, telephone, email and social media Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products Book customer surveys and appointments Follow up sales leads and enquiries Prepare quotations and assist with customer orders Maintain accurate customer and order information Ensure the showroom remains clean, organised and presentable Deliver a consistently high level of customer service throughout the sales process Working Pattern Weekend availability is essential Next Steps
