Duties:

Achieve and exceed sales targets in line with KPIs
Use resources efficiently to ensure smooth departmental operation
Build and maintain long-term customer relationships through professional and ethical interaction
Accurately identify customer needs and recommend suitable products and services
Maximise opportunities for new business acquisition
Promote and upsell accessories, warranties, and finance options
Maintain comprehensive product knowledge and confidently communicate benefits to customers
Support team initiatives and contribute to overall dealership performance
Stay compliant with FCA regulations and maintain relevant qualifications

Requirements:

Maths and English GCSE or equivalent
Proven experience in high-volume vehicle sales
Full UK driving licence held for at least six months with fewer than nine penalty points
Strong communication, negotiation, and influencing skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and Outlook
Demonstrable ability to prospect and convert profitable sales
Resilient, self-motivated, with a proactive approach to responsibilities
Committed to personal development and achieving targets
Able to meet both customer and business needs effectively
