VANRATH are recruiting a Groundworker to work on Social Housing maintenance projects for a large, leading Construction Company in Belfast, Northern Ireland. Key Responsibilities:

Carry out various Groundworks tasks to a high standard including:
Flagging Blocked paving Tarmac Concreating Kerbs Excavations Footings Ramps Additional duties include:
Clear and prepare sites by removing debris, vegetation and existing structures Lay and level foundations ensuring precise measurements and alignment Install and maintain drainage systems including pipes, manholes and water management systems Set up and dismantle temporary structures such as site offices and storage units Mix and pour concrete for foundations, footpaths and other structures The Ideal Person:
