NOW Group in Northern Ireland seeks a Referral Officer to support participants in gaining skills and qualifications for employment. The role focuses on securing participants for the programme and work placements, while engaging with parents, schools, carers and employers to maximise opportunities and outcomes.
You will build referral networks, plan recruitment campaigns, induct participants, and mentor individuals towards their goals, helping them progress into further programmes or jobs.
