We are looking for two Childrens Residential Support Workers to join our team in the Ballymena area.
This is a rewarding role supporting children with disabilities and complex behavioural needs in a residential
setting. You will help provide a safe, caring and supportive environment where children can feel valued and reach their full potential.
The roles are available for an immediate start. Full-time hours of 37.5 hours per week are preferred, but part-time
applications will also be considered. The service operates on a 7-day rota, with a mixture of early shifts, late shifts, waking nights and sleepovers.
Pay: £14.06 £ 22.49 per hour, depending on the shift worked, plus £75 for each sleepover.
To be considered for the role, you will need previous experience supporting children or adults with learning
disabilities and/or behaviours that challenge. You must also have NISCC registration, or be willing to apply.
A full UK driving licence with business insurance is required. You will also need CPI Safety Intervention
training. If you already have CPI training, you will need to provide evidence before starting work. Most
importantly, we are looking for caring, reliable and patient people who genuinely want to make a difference to
the lives of children with complex needs.
If you have the right experience and are looking for a rewarding role in care, we would love to hear from you.
