Full Stack Engineer

We’re hiring a Mid-Level Engineer to join a values-led HR technology SaaS company operating across the UK, Ireland and Jersey. The product sits at the intersection of pay gap reporting, salary analytics and employee insight, supporting organisations with compliance while delivering genuine DEI impact.

This Mid-Level Engineer role is perfect for someone looking for real technical ownership, autonomy and direct collaboration with founders.

• Take ownership as the sole engineer and technical lead, partnering closely with two founders
• Work across the full stack using Nordcraft and Xano (no prior experience required)
• Create APIs to integrate with external HR systems (e.g. Workday)
• Strengthen the codebase through better testing, security and backup processes

• Good grasp of web security fundamentals
• Clear communicator who enjoys close collaboration with founders
