Starting at £28k- 32k (based on experience) Hours - Mon-Fri - Alternative shift pattern (all dayshift)7am-4pm/ 9am-6pm Overview Our client has grown rapidly to become the customs clearance agency of choice for a wide range of industries. Their goal is simple: to let our customers relax, knowing that their customs clearances are being handled efficiently, legally, and cost-effectively. They are looking for a customs clearance operative to join their growing team.

Role Responsibilities Prepare and submit accurate customs documentation for imports and exports Liaise with HMRC and other regulatory bodies to ensure compliance Track and monitor shipments, resolving any customs-related delays Work closely with internal teams to gather necessary shipment details Maintain up-to-date knowledge of customs regulations Accurately file and organize all customs records What they are looking for:
Strong attention to detail Great communication skills both written and verbal Problem-solving mindset Excellent time management and organizational skills Comfortable with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)

Experience:

Customs Clearance: 1 year

Qualifications:
