About you Previous experience in Transport Planning or Fleet Coordination Good knowledge of UK & Ireland geography Understanding of Tachograph Regulations and the Working Time Directive Strong organisational and communication skills Calm under pressure with a proactive, solutions-focused mindset CPC qualification is advantageous but not mandatory What you'll do Plan, schedule, and optimise daily vehicle routes across the UK and Ireland Communicate effectively with drivers, sub-contractors, and customers Monitor job progress, ensuring timely deliveries and compliance Support drivers with pre-briefs and debriefs Manage live operational issues, troubleshooting as needed Assist in KPI reporting and performance analysis For further information on this job, apply via the link or contact the VANRATH office for a confidential chat today.
