Warehouse Operative (Reach Truck / Counterbalance) – Night Shift

Night Shift – 10:00pm to 7:00am Break : 1-hour unpaid break Positions Available: 3 We are currently recruiting three experienced Warehouse Operatives to join our client's busy warehouse operation in Heston . This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals looking for long-term employment with the potential to secure a permanent position.

The Role:

Operating Reach Truck and/or Counterbalance forklifts safely and efficiently. Loading and unloading goods. Moving stock throughout the warehouse. Assisting with general warehouse duties as required. Maintaining a safe and organised working environment. Requirements Valid Reach Truck and/or Counterbalance licence (both licences are highly desirable). Previous warehouse and forklift operating experience. Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Reliable with excellent timekeeping. What's on Offer? Night shift: 10:00pm – 7:00am. Opportunity to work with a well-established client. Permanent contract opportunity after 13 weeks for candidates who meet performance and attendance expectations. Immediate onboarding available from next Wednesday or Thursday.
