A Domestic Assistant is required for an immediate start within a Day Centre in the Ballymoney area. This is a temporary, ongoing assignment initially for a 3‑month period, with the potential for extension. Hours will be worked on a rota basis and may include evenings and weekends. This role is perfect for anyone looking for additional hours.

The pay rate is £12.21 per hour Monday to Friday, £17.22 on Saturdays, and £22.34 on Sundays. Working hours will be 1:00 pm – 4:30 pm or 4:00 pm – 8:00 pm.

• Cleaning and maintaining rooms, offices, kitchens, and public areas within the day centre
• Ensuring high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and infection control
• Using cleaning equipment and chemicals safely and correctly
• Supporting catering activities, including basic food preparation and service
• Cleaning kitchen areas, equipment, and dining spaces
• Assisting with the serving of meals and refreshments
• Supporting a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for service users, visitors, and staff
• Working as part of a team in a healthcare setting

• Applicants with domestic experience
• Reliable, enthusiastic, and hard‑working individuals
• Ability to work well in a team and follow instructions
• Willingness to undergo an Access NI police check
