MCS Group is delighted to recruit a Quality Assistant to join a leading FMCG Manufacturer, helping to ensure products meet the highest standards of food safety and quality.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out quality checks throughout production.
- Complete quality documentation and maintain accurate records.
- Support GMP, HACCP, and compliance.
- Assist with audits, investigations, and continuous improvement activities.
- Work closely with Production to maintain quality standards.
- Experience in a quality or food manufacturing environment.
- Knowledge of GMP and HACCP.
- Strong attention to detail and good communication skills.
- Organised, proactive, and a team player.
