HGV Drivers

caf haulage & recovery limited, are looking to recruit a dependable and experienced part-time hgv driver to support our operations. This role offers guaranteed part-time hours, with the opportunity for overtime, and flexibility to work on either a paye or self-employed basis.what we’re looking for:you’ll be a driver who takes pride in safe and compliant driving, maintains high standards of professionalism, and represents the business positively with clients and the public.whilst

we try to accommodate new starts, we are constrained by insurance requirements and therefore each is assessed on a case by case basis.employment status.option to work paye or self-employed under utr scheme.self-employed drivers must provide a valid utr number and manage their own tax and national insurance obligations.

• driving heavy goods vehicles.
• moving & handling.
• completing mandatory safety checks.
• capable of meeting the physical demands of the job as some heavy lifting involved.

• hgv licence (c&e)
• digital tachograph card.
• cpc card.
• strong knowledge of drivers’ hours and road transport regulations.
• knowledge of working times regulations
