• Lead and develop the end‑to‑end supply chain, driving efficiency, performance and continuous improvement.
• Manage the existing purchasing team and conduct day‑to‑day negotiations with global suppliers.
• Effectively manage the global supply chain and report on key KPIs such as inventory turns, forecast accuracy, OTIF and cost‑to‑serve.
• Lead weekly planning meetings and provide insights to senior management.
• Manage stores within the manufacturing facility to drive operational efficiency.
• Perform other ad‑hoc duties as required.

• Minimum 4 years of relevant experience developing and implementing procurement strategies and supply contracts, preferably within a manufacturing or related industry.
• Knowledge of procurement, inventory control, planning and logistics.
• Excellent communication, people‑management and negotiation skills.
• Experience using ERP/MRP systems.
