Were recruiting for an experienced Home Manager/Nurse Manager to lead a well established 50 bedded nursing home in Ballynahinch.

The service provides general nursing, dementia nursing and dementia residential care, and has a strong, long-standing team in place.

This is a key leadership role where youll be responsible for the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of care, compliance, and smooth operational management.

The role includes:

• Overall management of the nursing home and resources

• Leading and supporting a multidisciplinary team

• Maintaining compliance with all regulatory and NMC standards

• Managing staffing, budgets and operational performance

• Driving quality of care and continuous improvement

What were looking for:

• Registered Nurse with active NMC pin

• Significant post-qualification experience (including care home management/leadership)

• Strong understanding of regulatory and clinical standards

• Confident leader with good people management skills

• Able to balance clinical quality with operational demands

Whats on offer:

• £52,000 £ 54,000 salary

• £6,000 OTE bonus
