Salary: 54,000 per annum plus £6,000 OTE bonus
Hours: Monday Friday, 9:00am5:00pm
Location: Office-based, Ballynahinch, Co. Down, Northern Ireland

Black Fox Solutions is delighted to be working in partnership with a highly regarded nursing home in the Ballynahinch area. This service has built a strong reputation for delivering compassionate, high-quality care to residents with age-related conditions, physical disabilities, and dementia.

We are currently seeking an experienced and caring Nurse Manager to lead the clinical operations of the home and manage a committed multidisciplinary team. The Role

As Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for the effective day-to-day management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of clinical care and compliance are consistently achieved. Working closely with the Deputy Manager, you will lead, mentor, and develop the nursing and care teams while promoting a culture of dignity, respect, and person-centred care.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily clinical and operational running of the home

• Lead, support, and develop nursing and care staff

• Ensure compliance with all relevant healthcare regulations and best practice standards

• Maintain safe staffing levels to meet residents needs

• Ensure all staff hold active NMC registration (where applicable) and are Access NI cleared

• Confirm staff have the legal right to work in Northern Ireland, with all documentation in place

• Complete all pre-employment checks, including references, prior to staff starting

• Promote consistently high standards of nursing practice and resident care

What Were Looking For

• Minimum of 1 years experience as a Nurse Manager within a nursing home setting

• Active, clean NMC PIN

• No sponsorship requirements
