Job Summary

Gross Mendelsohn & Associates, a full-service CPA and consulting firm, is seeking an experienced Partner to join our team. As a trusted advisor to privately-held businesses, nonprofit organizations, and families in the Mid-Atlantic region, we deliver holistic solutions to drive practical and profitable results for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and experience in accounting and financial knowledge, including industry trends and best practices, with an existing book of business, and experience serving industries including:

• Non-Profit:
  Empowering organizations to grow their mission impact
• Manufacturing & Distribution:
  Providing industry-specific guidance and support
• Healthcare:
  Delivering specialized accounting and advisory services
• Construction:
  Serving construction and real estate clients with expertise in financial management and accounting
• Government Contractors: serving businesses clients that contract with government entities to provide goods and services

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients
• Oversee the delivery of high-quality accounting, compliance and advisory services, including bookkeeping and controllership accounting services, payroll processing and IRS/State processing, workpaper preparation, financial and tax regulations and reporting standards, etc.
• Provide technical expertise, advice and guidance to clients on accounting, compliance and advisorymatters in niche areas, including financial statement analysis, predictive modeling, budget preparation, workflow and project management, strategic planning, etc.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your existing network and industry expertise to contribute to the growth of the firm’s CAS practice
• Collaborate with other partners and firm leadership to drive firm-wide initiatives and achieve business objectives
• Leading, mentoring and training a team of CAS professionals to provide guidance and support to ensure their success
