Job Title: Staff Accountant (
Temp
-to-Hire)
Location:
Onsite Daily – Baltimore, MD

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire Salary (Permanent): $70,000 – $80,000 IF CANDIDATE GOES PERM

We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team in Baltimore. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity
with strong potential for permanent placement. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in accounting principles and a proven ability to manage day-to-day financial operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records
• Accounts Payables, receivables and payroll
• Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
• Reconcile accounts and ensure compliance with GAAP
• Support budgeting and forecasting activities
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely reporting

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
• 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Quick Books online software
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work onsite daily in Baltimore
• Immediate availability to start
