Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire Salary (Permanent): $70,000 – $80,000 IF CANDIDATE GOES PERM
We are seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant to join our team in Baltimore. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity
with strong potential for permanent placement. The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation in accounting principles and a proven ability to manage day-to-day financial operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial records
- Accounts Payables, receivables and payroll
- Assist with month-end and year-end close processes
- Reconcile accounts and ensure compliance with GAAP
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 2+ years of accounting or bookkeeping experience preferred
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Quick Books online software
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work onsite daily in Baltimore
- Immediate availability to start
