Senior Accountant

We are a mission-driven nonprofit dedicated to serving the Baltimore community. With a growing team and expanding programs, we are seeking a Senior Accountant to play a key role in supporting our financial operations and ensuring accuracy in reporting. This is a hybrid role requiring in-office presence three days per week (Tuesday-Thursday), with flexibility to work remotely on other days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
• Experience assisting or leading the month-end close process (required)
• Strong knowledge of GAAP and nonprofit accounting practices
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective communicator with the ability to collaborate across teams
• Experience with intercompany and multi-entity accounting (preferred, not required)
