$95,000‑$110,000 base salary + 10% bonus potential. Hybrid work schedule: 3 days in office, 2 days remote. Full‑time, mid‑senior level.

• Prepare month‑end accruals, journal entries, and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Manage full income statement and balance sheet responsibilities.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and presentation of monthly business reviews.
• Analyze monthly results and provide variance analysis against budget and forecast.
• Track costs for capital projects and assist with billing activity.
• Support internal/external financial reporting and audits.
• Assist Director of Finance with drafting Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) documentation for all monthly tasks.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
• CPA or CPA candidate.
• 3+ years accounting experience in public accounting (audit).
• Strong analytical skills, Excel proficiency, and ability to work independently.
• Ability to multi‑task and contribute productively to a team environment.
