$60,000.00/yr - $65,000.00/yr

• Support general ledger accounting, month-end close, journal entries, and balance sheet reconciliations
• Assist with accounts payable and accounts receivable processing, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Help prepare budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis tied to production activity
• Provide financial and operational reporting to senior leadership
• Support compliance with GAAP, internal controls, and regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with operations and leadership on cost tracking and process improvements
• Assist with transitioning accounting responsibilities away from third-party providers

• 5+ years of experience in a staff or general accounting role
• Experience supporting a manufacturing or production-based environment preferred but not required
• Strong working knowledge of Quick Books and Excel
• Comfortable working in a small-company environment with limited accounting redundancy
• Able to handle sensitive and confidential financial information

• Privately held, well-capitalized organization with long-tenured leadership
• Small, stable team with low operational turnover and a strong production culture
