We’re seeking a detail-oriented and client-focused Manager, Family Office Services (FOS) to join our Baltimore team. Reporting to the Senior Manager, FOS, you’ll support high-net-worth clients with reporting, Tax, and Trust & Estate planning. You’ll also guide and mentor staff while ensuring the delivery of top-notch client service.

• Manage client relationships and serve as the first point of contact for elevated service requests.
• Review work products for accuracy and completeness.
• Support team development, performance, and technical training.
• Ensure timely delivery of reporting and services.
• Maintain organized records of executed documents.
• Assist with ad hoc accounting, HR, and tax projects.
• Foster continuous improvement through feedback and proactive problem-solving.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting.
• Experience: 2–4 years in a similar role.
• Skills & Abilities:
• Strong written, verbal, and mathematical skills.
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple clients in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent project management and team collaboration skills.
• High attention to detail and self-motivated.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
