Our client is seeking an e-Automate Contract & Billing Specialist to manage the complete lifecycle of customer contracts, deal billing, meter reporting, and compliance in the Greater DC/Baltimore, MD market. The role can be and they are open to candidates who reside within Eastern or Central time zones. This key operational role balances accurate tactical execution with strategic vendor and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities- Contract & Deal Billing: Process new cash and lease deals end-to-end within e-Automate. Manage renewals, adjustments, device removals, cancellations, and specialized agreements.
- Funding & Leasing Coordination: Partner with third-party leasing and funding sources to manage documentation, check requests, unit pricing breakdowns, and payment reconciliations.
- Meter Management & Vendor Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for automated meter/toner monitoring vendors. Investigate reporting anomalies, collect manual/estimated readings, and onboard clients to automated platforms to maintain data integrity.
- Compliance & Public Sector Billing: Administer government/public sector contracts in alignment with agency-specific terms. Conduct annual customer billing audits and manage monthly sales tax submissions and reconciliations.
Required
- Direct hands-on experience using e-Automate for contract setup, equipment deal billing, and meter management.
- Strong proficiency with Excel and financial reporting.
- High attention to detail with proven experience handling lease funding, vendor management, or public sector billing preferred.
