Administrative Assistant – Payroll Team

Location:

Baltimore, MD (Onsite)

Position Type:
Part‑time (2 days per week, preferably Tuesday & Wednesday)

Duration: 1/19/2026 – 1/18/2027

Responsibilities
  • Assist with mail sorting and ensure delivery to correct team/stakeholder
  • Log and track tasks
  • Create or update job aids
  • Organize inbox submissions
  • Move emails and documents into One Drive
Qualifications
  • Minimum 1‑2 years of administrative experience (payroll experience not required)
  • Proficient with MS Excel
  • Preferred time zone: EST
  • Good organizational and communication skills
