OverviewOur client, a growing Washington, D.C. law firm with stunning offices near Dupont Circle, is seeking a talented and experienced law firm receptionist to join their team. This role combines front desk responsibilities with conference center coordination to ensure a seamless, polished experience for clients, attorneys, and staff.
The ideal candidate will have at least two years of law firm experience with a focus on reception services, client experience, and/or conference room scheduling
. Core hours for this role are 8:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. The client is seeking applicants who are professional, punctual, and possess a strong work ethic.
Specific
Job Duties:
- Greet visitors and manage all incoming calls
- Support attorneys and legal assistants with administrative and document production tasks
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
- Maintain reception and hospitality areas, as well as conference room scheduling
- Coordinate meetings, catering, A/V setup, and conference call logistics
- Assist with conference room setup and breakdown
- Support attorney time entry and billing, and general overflow administrative needs
