Base Pay Range$80,000 - $100,000 per year
Bob Bell Nissan/Kia is looking for an experienced Technician and Maryland State Inspector. Nissan or Kia experience is a plus. - Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership standards.
- Test‑drive vehicles and test components and systems using diagnostic tools and special service equipment.
- Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, and more.
- Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers can be informed if any additional service is needed, providing an estimate of time needed for additional repairs.
- Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications.
- 2+ years of Service Technician experience.
- Maryland State Inspector certification.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Positive, friendly attitude with a customer service mentality.
- Enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment.
- Team player.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to learn new technology, repair and service procedures and specifications.
- Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment.
