Maintenance & Repairs
- Perform preventative maintenance and scheduled services on fleet vehicles.
- Diagnose and repair mechanical, electrical, and drivability issues.
- Complete oil changes, brake repairs, tire services, and other routine maintenance.
- Troubleshoot vehicle problems and perform effective repairs.
- Identify potential issues before they lead to costly breakdowns.
- Conduct vehicle inspections to ensure safety and operational readiness.
- Verify vehicles meet company and safety standards.
- Document findings and recommend necessary repairs.
- Ensure vehicles are road-ready before returning to service.
- Work closely with operations and maintenance teams to keep vehicles available and on the road.
- Prioritize repairs to minimize downtime.
- Assist with urgent vehicle repairs when needed.
- Support overall fleet reliability and performance goals.
- Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
- Keep the shop clean, organized, and safe.
- Properly use and maintain tools and equipment.
- Assist with parts inventory and shop organization.
- Follow all company safety procedures and maintenance standards.
Preferred Experience
- Experience as an Automotive Technician, Fleet Technician, Mechanic, Diesel Technician, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues.
- Experience working on fleet vehicles, commercial vehicles, vans, or light-duty trucks preferred.
- Familiarity with diagnostic equipment and repair software.
- ASE certifications are a plus but not required.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
