Responsibilities
  • Provide comprehensive office administrative and coordination support to the Business Development team across the Mid-Atlantic Division.
  • Support business development, presentation, and accounting support assignments
  • Performing responsibilities/duties of a more junior Support Assistants as appropriate
  • Preparation of business unit financial, power point, business development reports for submittal/upload to corporate and/or g.net (internal internet system)
  • Coordinate/update project(s) and update company information for community relations or marketing purposes
  • Assist the Business Unit Leaders as requested regarding internal events and communications, such as Town Halls, Strategic Planning Sessions, Sales Summits, etc., in addition to regional specific conferences and trade shows.
  • Administrative support and logistic activities supporting business development and the sales process, including, but not limited to:
    • Support the Director of Business Development with internal Go/No-Go Process, including Enterprise and Divisional Level 22-3 reviews and assisting with documentation.
    • Support data integrity with sales opportunities within CRM database and develop acumen for running statistical reports for pipeline…
