M2 Strategy is seeking a highly motivated Human Capital Analyst to join our firm and support our government clients, commercial clients, and leadership. Projects are high-profile, fast-paced, and complex and provide a great opportunity to work on challenging engagements. See the responsibilities section for details.

This is a full-time salaried position. Resumes from independent consultants or contractors will not be considered. The role supports Federal Government clients, so U.S. Citizenship is required. - Collaborate with senior leadership to understand the organization’s goals and strategy, recruiting, and hiring processes
- Process improvement and streamlining business operations
- Research tasks across a broad range of human capital, or human resource topics
- Develop research plans and designs (e.g., questionnaires and surveys)
- Interpret data to understand business implications of the research
- Think strategically, analytically, and proactively about diverse business solutions
- Create and deliver presentations for senior-level staff
- Develop reports and present to the Firm in a professional and influential way
- BA or BS Degree with a minimum of 4 years of experience
- Proven experience in a human resources or human capital environment
- Excellent written and communication skills
- Strong presentation skills and proficiency with Google Suite, MS PowerPoint, Word, and Excel
- Responsive and highly communicative; able to engage with clients
- Fluency in strategic HR topics with analytical and practical business understanding
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and highly organized
- Ability to think strategically and proactively about diverse business solutions
- Experience creating and delivering presentations for senior-level staff
Most M2 positions are hybrid roles, requiring work at client sites and teleworking.
Physical Qualifications- Work is performed in an office and telework environment
- Must be able to remain in a stationary position for extended periods
- Adherence to safety standards
