Account Manager – Reachdesk

Reachdesk is growing and looking for an Account Manager in the US. This is a remote role, but the successful candidate will be based in the US within Eastern Time.

Responsibilities
  • Own the business relationship with clients, building strong, multi‑threaded partnerships across key stakeholders.
  • Drive renewals and identify opportunities to upsell and expand existing accounts.
  • Clearly communicate Reachdesk’s value proposition, platform capabilities, and competitive advantages in a way that resonates with client goals.
  • Proactively uncover opportunities to deliver additional value, drive client satisfaction, and support business growth.
  • Represent Reachdesk with confidence and professionalism in high‑level discussions and contract negotiations with senior decision‑makers.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of experience in account management, sales, and/or customer success with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding growth and/or retention goals.
  • Ideal background in subscription‑based SaaS, with experience in consultative, solution‑oriented environments rather than transactional or volume‑driven models.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and grow executive‑level relationships across complex organizations—particularly within sales and marketing functions.
  • Exceptional communication and influencing skills, with the confidence to lead strategic conversations grounded in insight and expertise.
  • Strong written, verbal, and analytical skills, with the ability to clearly explain and simplify complex concepts.
  • Highly self‑motivated and organized, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, innovative environment.
