We are seeking a talented and experienced Supply Chain Procurement Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the procurement process, ensuring the timely acquisition of goods and services, and optimizing supply chain operations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement procurement strategies to ensure cost‑effective and timely supply of materials and services.
- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiate contracts, and maintain strong relationships with key vendors.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with internal departments to forecast demand and manage supply chain risks.
- Review and analyze procurement contracts, ensuring compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to streamline procurement processes and improve overall supply chain efficiency.
- Prepare and present regular reports on procurement activities, supplier performance, and cost savings.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3‑5 years of experience in supply chain management or procurement.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in procurement software and tools (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
