Responsibilities- Perform information retrieval and reference searches for library users, and act as a resource for electronic tools and resources.
- Distribute relevant articles on current scientific research to appropriate personnel.
- Serve as primary contact on requests for specialized online information searches.
- Order and receive business, scientific and technical books, periodicals, and government reports.
* This is a temporary and part time position*
Qualifications- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Library Science or related field required or equivalent combination of work experience and education. - Experience:
Minimum 5 years of related experience required. - Skills & Abilities:
Excellent written and oral communication skills required. Must have excellent organizational skills, be able to handle multiple priorities effectively, and have working knowledge of computers. Ability to work on a team.
The salary range for this position is $45.00/hr - $55.00/hr.
