Monday – Friday 7:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m. (some holidays and initial training require day and evening shifts).

Responsibilities

The Supply Chain Coordinator II reports to the Manager/Supervisor, Supply Chain Operations and is responsible for the timely and accurate receipt, unpacking, and restocking of all supplies and small equipment (Picker/Packer) for the assigned entity.

  • Receive, unpack, and put away supplies for the institution, maintaining sufficient inventory until the next scheduled restocking event.
  • Order and manage secondary replenishment from the central storeroom for the unit.
  • Ensure inventory management hardware/software functions properly on the assigned unit and communicate/escalate clinical or administrative issues.
  • Monitor inventory movement and adjust par levels.
  • Review unit prior to restocking to handle low inventory items.
  • Participate in daily unloading/loading of trucks from the Consolidated Services Center.
  • Manage restocking of emergency carts, reviewing expired or short‑dated items.
  • Maintain a productivity rate of 52 lines per hour in restocking supply areas.
  • Attend daily huddles for work assignments.
  • Check, flag, and remove all short‑dated or expired products from supply areas.
  • Retrieve, disinfect, and redistribute small equipment for the institution.
  • Keep supply areas neat and orderly in compliance with Joint Commission regulations.
  • Field departmental customer requests and direct them to appropriate materials management channels.
  • Support inbound receiving process: review, sort, verify contents of inbound parcels, enter goods receipt in ERP, and deliver parcels to the unit.
Work Experience
  • Two years of supply chain experience required; experience in a warehouse, hospital supply chain, or customer service role preferred.
Education
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
Salary Range

Minimum $17.11 per hour – Maximum $28.26 per hour. Compensation will be commensurate with equity and experience.
