The safety team at Enviro Vantage is looking to add to our team as we continue to grow.

Enviro Vantage is looking for an Onsite Safety Manager.

• Lead daily safety meetings and conduct routine safety/health inspections and report back weekly to the office
• Conduct refresher training as needed; including but not limited to tools, lifts, confined space, etc.
• Perform safety and occupational health management program, safety surveillance, safety inspections, and safety enforcement
• Coordinate corrective actions with Enviro Vantage Site Superintendent

• Minimum 10 years of continuous construction industry safety experience in supervising/managing general construction
• Knowledge and experience working with asbestos, excavation, and demolition required
• Managing safety program or processes conducting hazard analysis and developing controls
• OSHA 30 and HAZWOPER 40 required
• Previous experience working as a safety representative on a construction site
• Strong working knowledge and experience with OSHA:; 1926.62 and others
• Strong working knowledge of EM385-1-1
• CPR and First Aid certifications

• Must be able to perform tasks that involve bending, lifting, walking, carrying, and using a force equal to lifting 50 to 100 pounds
• Qualified Candidate must be able to pass a physical examination by medical professional for the anticipated work requirements
• Must be able to pass a background check and be able to obtain access to military bases across the United States
• A valid driver’s license is required, as well as a safe driving record as measured by company policy

• Compensation Range: $80,000 - $110,000/year
• Actual compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and location.

  Medical, dental, and vision coverage starting on the first day of the month following date of hire.
• Retirement Plans: 401(k) – 100% company match on the first 4% of employee contributions.

• Paid Time Off (PTO): 80 hours per year
• Sick Time: 56 hours per year
• Paid Holidays: 8 company-paid holidays per year
