The Seasoned Superintendent will take full responsibility for field operations, ensuring that all phases of construction are completed on time, within budget, and according to design specifications. You will coordinate with project managers, subcontractors, and inspectors to maintain workflow, address challenges, and keep the project moving forward. This role requires leadership, technical expertise, and a proactive approach to problem solving.

• Direct and supervise all on-site construction activities
• Ensure work complies with project plans, specifications, building codes, and safety regulations
• Coordinate subcontractors, material deliveries, and inspections to maintain schedule
• Monitor job progress, identify issues, and implement solutions in real time
• Maintain accurate daily logs, site reports, and project documentation
• Conduct regular safety meetings and enforce safety protocols for all personnel
• Communicate effectively with clients, project managers, and vendors to ensure alignment on project goals

• Proven experience as a Superintendent managing commercial, residential, or multifamily construction projects
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, building codes, and safety regulations
• Ability to read and interpret plans, specifications, and schedules
• Excellent leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate teams
• Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through
• Commitment to maintaining a safe and productive work environment

• Salary range of $75,000 to $95,000 per year based on experience
• May include performance bonuses or project incentives
