We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Director of Construction to lead and oversee large-scale infrastructure and industrial projects from conception to completion. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in construction and data centers
, ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and in full compliance with safety and quality standards.

• Provide strategic leadership and direction for all construction operations, from pre-construction through project closeout.
• Oversee planning, scheduling, and execution of multiple simultaneous projects, with a strong focus on civil, structural, and electrical substation work.
• Manage and coordinate mass grading operations, deep foundations, concrete pours, underground utility installation, and substation construction activities.
• Collaborate with project managers, superintendents, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure alignment with project goals and client expectations.
• Develop budgets, track costs, and implement cost-control measures to maximize profitability.
• Ensure strict adherence to safety protocols, environmental regulations, and quality control procedures.
• Review and approve project schedules, submittals, and change orders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Mentor and develop construction management staff to support organizational growth and capability.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex construction and logistical challenges.

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 10+ years of progressive construction management experience, including large-scale infrastructure or industrial projects.
• Proven expertise in construction and data centers

• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing large teams and multiple projects.
• Excellent understanding of construction safety practices and regulations.
• Proficient in project management software, scheduling tools, and MS Office Suite.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
