About the Role

This role is ideal for a PM who enjoys being hands‑on, working closely with superintendents and subcontractors, and owning scope, schedule, and budget on active jobs.

• Manage commercial construction projects from preconstruction through final turnover
• Oversee project budgets, schedules, contracts, and change orders
• Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and internal field teams
• Lead subcontractor buyout, scopes, and project execution
• Track cost reporting, forecasting, and project documentation
• Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager with a general contractor
• Background in commercial construction (interiors and/or ground‑up)

• Strong understanding of scheduling, cost control, and subcontractor management
• Comfortable managing multiple stakeholders and fast‑moving projects
• Proficiency with standard construction PM software (Procore, MS Project, etc.)
