Commercial Roofing Estimator

Four Twelve Roofing is looking for a Commercial Roofing Estimator to join our team! We are looking for an experienced Roofing Estimator to join our team and estimate commercial roofing projects. We will be looking for someone who has at least 3+ years of experience in plan estimating (doing estimates using modern software take-off programs), commercial construction project management experience, and a deep understanding of roofing systems used in commercial installations. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Ability to read blueprints, plans. And to perform measurements and take-offs using modern software take-off programs (On Screen Take Off, Stack, Blue Beam, etc.) (This is an absolute must of the job. The more experience the stronger your candidacy!) Being proficient in all types of roofing systems, including single-ply, built-up, metal, shingles, and other accessories Climb ladders and walk roofs (Optional, not mandatory) Ability to get to and from work Smartphone with a data plan

Required Qualifications:

Commercial roofing estimating experience Proficiency in understanding roofing systems Training and 3-5 years of work experience in commercial estimating using modern software to take off drawings and put proposals together Good communication skills. Must have a record of client interaction in previous jobs. Be on time as required by jobs, clients, and our management team. Pass pre-employment drug screen. Job Type: Full Time Required
