We’re partnered with a well‑established commercial concrete contractor actively delivering complex, high‑profile projects throughout the Washington, DC market. They’re seeking a Senior Concrete Superintendent to lead field operations on major structural concrete scopes across mission‑critical and institutional work.

• Lead day‑to‑day field operations for large‑scale commercial concrete projects ($10M+)
• Oversee all structural concrete activities including foundations, slabs, vertical pours, forming systems, and placement sequencing
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, inspections, and concrete deliveries to maintain schedule and quality
• Enforce safety standards and ensure compliance with project specifications and local regulations
• Work closely with project management teams to drive production, efficiency, and cost control
• Maintain detailed field documentation, schedules, and progress reporting

• 7+ years of experience as a Concrete Superintendent on commercial construction projects
• Proven experience on data centers, healthcare, education, government, or mixed‑use developments
• Track record managing structural concrete scopes on projects valued at $10M+
• Strong understanding of formwork systems, rebar, post‑tensioning, and concrete logistics
• Ability to lead large crews and keep demanding schedules on track
• Experience working in dense urban environments preferred
