Site Superintendent - Energy Solutions - CMTA

CMTA, Inc. invites a full‑time Site Superintendent to lead construction projects in Rosedale, MD, that deliver Guaranteed Energy Savings Performance Contracts (ESPCs). You will coordinate HVAC/mechanical systems, manage subcontractors, and ensure schedule, safety, and budget compliance.

• Pre‑Contract
  
  Activities:
  
  Review drawings for scope and constructability; conduct pre‑construction walkthroughs; select and brief subcontractors.
• Construction:
  Create and maintain construction schedule; administer safety program; lead construction review meetings; produce weekly field reports; assist with commissioning; record warranties; schedule factory start‑ups; coordinate owner training; manage punch lists.
• Post‑Construction:
  Resolve warranty issues; develop operation & maintenance manuals; deliver as‑built documentation.

• Experience managing large commercial construction projects, especially HVAC/mechanical systems.
• Strong communication and coordination skills; written and verbal.
• Proficiency in safety program administration and construction schedule management.
• Ability to command field and owner meetings and produce detailed progress reports.
