Our client, a leader in commercial drywall in the DMV area
, is seeking an experienced Drywall Superintendent to oversee daily operations on their projects. This role requires strong expertise in drywall installation, finishing, and safety, along with the ability to manage crews and coordinate with other trades to deliver projects on time and within budget.

• Manage all aspects of drywall projects, including scheduling and subcontractor coordination.
• Lead and supervise drywall crews, providing guidance and support to ensure safe and efficient work.
• Conduct quality inspections to meet company and client standards.
• Enforce safety policies and ensure OSHA compliance.
• Communicate effectively with project managers, subcontractors, and clients.
• Maintain project documentation and daily reports.

• Minimum 5 years of drywall experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Strong knowledge of drywall systems, materials, and installation techniques.
• Leadership and communication skills to manage crews effectively.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and project specifications.
• Proficient in construction management software.
• OSHA 30-hour certification preferred.
