This International construction contractor is active in emerging markets throughout the Middle East employing more than 40,000 people in over 20 countries. As a contractor, they provide engineering procurement and construction services on large and complex industrial, commercial, water/sewage, transportation, telecommunications, maritime, tourism and rail projects for private and public customers principally in Middle East, Africa and Central Asia.
As a Construction Manager you will be responsible for progress of construction work on site. Assuring strict compliance to the project schedule and specifications, whilst approving detailed schedules of work, execution and work progress statements. You will have to ensure the implementation of required quality & safety standards by all teams.
A degree in Civil Engineering, a minimum of 10 years relevant construction experience, a proven track record working on large construction projects are required. Also required are excellent communication and leadership skills, excellent command of the English language and good computer skills.
